Wanda M. Hutsell, 81, of Monticello, passed away at 11:55 PM, Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at White County Memorial Hospital of Monticello.

She was born April 29, 1936 in Brookston to the late James and Marguerite (Mansfield) Lawson. She was a 1954 graduate of Brookston High School.

Her marriage was to Homer H. Hutsell on June 26, 1955 at the Chalmers Bible Church, he survives.

Wanda was a 40 year parishioner of the First Baptist Church in Delphi. She enjoyed spending her time in recent years reading. Most of all, Wanda cherished time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving along with her husband are children, Norman (wife: Sally) Hutsell of Oshkosh, WI, Mark (wife: Bonnie) Hutsell of Monticello, Darrell (wife: Corina) Hutsell of Brookston, Eric (wife: Cheri) Hutsell of Monticello, Catherine (husband: Tracey Brovont) Schnepp-Brovont of Camden, IN, Nolan (wife: Karen) Hutsell of Kewanna, IN, and Cindy (husband: Wesley) Marion of Kokomo; brothers, David (wife: Karon) Lawson of Radnor, IN and Michael (fiancé: Shirley Sayler) Lawson of Monticello. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death along with her parents is a brother, Wilber Lawson.

Friends may call from 10 AM (EST) until the time of Funeral Service 12 PM (EST) Friday, December 15, 2017 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston. Pastor William Glenn to officiate. Interment to follow in Chalmers Community Cemetery.
