Keith Eugene Nice, 89, of Largo Florida passed away at 5:45 am on September 19, 2016.

 

He was born January 25, 1927 at home in Lafayette, IN to the late Verl Leon and Ruby Elizabeth (Ryder) Nice. He attended school in Battle Ground and Klondike.

 

Keith married Phyllis Mull in November 1947, she passed away July 3, 2006. His second marriage was to Lorraine Moore on February 14, 1976, she preceded him in death on July 18, 2006.

 

Keith enjoyed all Purdue sports and he also enjoyed playing golf. He attended Prince of Peace Lutheran church in Largo Florida where he played the saxophone.

Keith served in World War II in the Army and was stationed in Germany.

 

He is survived by a son Stanley Nice of Lafayette, IN and a sister Marjorie Qualls of Brookston, IN; 3 step-sons, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by 1 brother Gordon Verl (Beryl) Nice.

 

Services were held in Clearwater Florida at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home on September 22, 2016.
