Patricia A. Percak, 58, of Monticello, passed away at 3:43 PM, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at IU Health Hospital of Lafayette.

She was born February 3, 1958 in Chicago, IL to the late James and Rita (Healy) Hannon. She was a 1976 graduate of Elizabeth Seton High School in South Holland, IL.

Her marriage was to Steven Percak on September 25, 1982 at St. Mary Queen of Apostles Church in Riverdale, IL. He survives.

Patricia worked in retail for over 20 years before becoming a full-time stay at home mom. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter Emily. In the short time of being a grandmother, Patricia loved spending time with her grandson Bentley. Patricia was always looking for a good deal at the local yard sales. Above all, Patricia was always willing to lend a helping hand and put everyone and anyone before herself.

Surviving along with her husband Steve is a daughter, Emily Percak; grandson, Bentley Percak; sister Cathy Morrison; 12 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by several extended family members and in-laws who will greatly miss her.

Friends may call from 5-9 PM (EST) Monday, June 6, 2016 at Palestine Christian Church of Wolcott (7275 W 400 N Wolcott, IN 47995). Funeral service at 11 AM (EST) with a hour prior visitation Tuesday, June 7, 2016 also at Palestine Christian Church. Pastor Guy Brown to officiate. Interment to follow in Palestine Cemetery.
