Grant Dillon Mohler, 19, of Monticello, died unexpectedly at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at his residence.

He was born November 6, 1996 in Lafayette to Donna (Woody) Patterson and Gary L. Mohler.

Grant attended Twin Lakes High School until sustaining significant injuries in a car accident.

He and his father were inseparable best friends and did everything from work construction together to spending the day at the Chrishop Shooting Range and camping. Grant had a huge heart and was a selfless person, always putting others first. His family was very important to him. He enjoyed riding 4 wheelers, old houses and buildings and loved his dog Cooper.

Surviving with his father Gary is a sister, Samantha J. Mohler of Vian, OK, brothers, Adam L. Mohler of Lafayette and Zackary D. and Derek J. Hudson both of Vian, OK and his uncle, Doug Mohler (wife: Lorrie) of Delphi.

Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Daryle & Mary Lou Mohler, James Woody, Joann Woody Marvin & Jessie Spear and Charles & Ola Mohler, Alice Polly, and his Uncle David Woody.
