Frazier O. "Bootie" Huff, 74, of Wolcott, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Monticello Assisted Living & Healthcare. He was born May 5, 1939 in Sparta, Tennessee to Jackson A. and Winnie P. (Rogers) Huff and was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. Mr. Huff was a veteran of the United States Air Force. His marriage was to Harriette Pothuisje in June of 1971. She survives. He was a retired Iron Worker for Local 379 of Lafayette. Frazier loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter. Surviving with his wife is a sister, Sue Reiss of Lafayette; four step-children, Lonnie, Carrie, Connie and Edward; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 3 brothers. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Frazier Huff Memorial Fund. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2014 at Foster-Clapper Funeral Home of Wolcott, followed by a procession to Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Cemetery where graveside rites will be held.
