Bradley Lynn Fairchild, 54, of Lafayette died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013 surrounded by his family at home. He was born May 17, 1958 at White County Hospital to Donald J. and Anetta M. (McCormick) Fairchild. Bradley graduated from North White High School in 1976 and Vincennes University in 1978. He married Marilyn Kay (Tyra) Fairchild on August 20, 1983 at Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette. He worked at Lilly/Evonik and was a member of the Berean Baptist Church of Lafayette. Bradley truly had a servant's heart. He loved the Lord and his church, and was always willing to help others any way he could. Surviving are sons; John I. Fairchild (wife: Sara) of Groton, CT, Michael J. Fairchild (fiancé: Nicole) of Lafayette, daughter; Allison N. Anger (husband: Derek) of Pendleton, brothers; Daniel J. Fairchild of LaBelle, FL, David Fairchild (wife: Marcie) of West Chester, OH, and Jeff Fairchild (wife: Michelle) of Matthews, NC, and sisters; Julie Westfall (husband: Greg) of Brookston, and Judy Harvey of Johnson Creek, WI. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013 at Clapper Family Funeral Home of Monon. His funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Francesville with Pastor Dennis Gutwein and Pastor Scott Goodwill officiating. In lieu of flowers, of the family requests donations be made to the Berean Baptist Church Building Fund.
