Scott W. Hamilton, 58, of Brookston, passed away on February 20, 2022 at IU White Memorial Hospital of Monticello.

He was born March 25, 1963 in Lafayette to the late John W. and Myrna K. (Scott) Hamilton. Scott was a 1981 graduate of Gilman High School. He also attended Purdue University.

Scott was a lifelong truck driver until 2021 when he went to work for Frito Lay of Frankfort. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving are his sister, Yovonnda Hamilton; nephews, Anthony (Tasha Melvin) Wells, Darrick (Stephanie) Synesael; nieces, Carrie Synesael and Velina (Adam Kelp) Lindley; great-nephews, Kordell, Kolten, and Montana Synesael, Wyatt and Lyncon Kelp, Rheyce Wells and Ethan Gilman; great-niece, Oleysia Wells. Also surviving are two ladies he called daughters, Natalia Rodriguez, Cheyenne Shamp, and little man he called grandson, Greyson Dominguez.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Minnetta Synesael.

A celebration of life will be held for Scott at a later date.
