Biographical Information:
Ray had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all of his life. He was the "Gatekeeper" at Vanguard Trailer in Monon, Indiana for the last several years. Ray was a member of the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard, American Legion Post #81, AmVets Post #91, and the VFW #2231, and Redmens Lodge #380 all of Monticello, Indiana. Ray enjoyed working on old cars, and use to enjoy riding his motorcycle, and the great outdoors. Family was Rays top priority and his life. He loved music, playing his guitar, banjo, keyboard, and could sing like Jim Reeves. Ray made the whole world laugh and could make everyone he met smile.
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana. Will be conducted at the Fair Oaks Cemetery of Fair Oaks, Indiana.
Memorial Information: in Lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be given to his wife Rita. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On July 21, 2012 at the family homestead in Newton County, Indiana he married Rita Stout; she survives.
