Biographical Information:
Phyllis had been in failing health for the last several months. She and her husband have lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area for the last several years. They had also lived in Chicago and Palos Hills, Illinois. Phyllis had worked as a Registered Nurse for Advocate Health Care as a Recruiter for over twenty (20) years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church of Monticello, Indiana, and the Ann’s Circle of the Rosary and Altar Sodality. Phyllis had helped as a kitchen helper of the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, and Knight of Columbus of Monticello, Indiana, She was also a volunteer of Helping Hands.
