Cindy had been disabled for the last sixteen years and cared by her sister, Dawn. She was raised in Oak Forest, Illinois, and attended Oak Forest High School of Oak Forest, Illinois. Cindy loved riding her Harley Davidson Motorcycle. She had a "Gypsy Heart and Hippy Soul".
