Joy had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, all her life and was a 1949 graduate of Monticello High School of Monticello, Indiana. Joy and her late husband, Charles, owned and operated the former Tioga Orchard in rural Monticello (Carroll County), Indiana. Joy was an AVID animal lover!!!!!
