Biographical Information:
Royce had lived in Monticello, Indiana for (29) Twenty-Nine years then moving to West Lafayette, Indiana in August of 2008. He was a 1972 graduate of the Fountain Central High School. Royce was a professional Welder, and retired in 2008.
