Biographical Information:
Philip was a 1964 graduate of the Twin Lakes High School. He then went on to graduate with a Degree in Political Science from Purdue University in 1973. Philip had retired but had worked for Ivy Tech Workforce Development and owned several companies over the last 25 years, including EDS (Employment and Developmental Systems) and PROMA Consulting Inc. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed reading. Philip had lived in Lafayette and Noblesville, Indiana communities prior to moving to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
