Biographical Information:
Ilene worked at and retired from White County Memorial Hospital as a nursing assistant in the Obstetrical Department, In fact, she was the first employee to retire from White County Memorial Hospital after 35 years of service. She and Bud were avid walkers. They were the first to join and complete the 100 mile walking club at France Park. Ilene also enjoyed gardening, reading and making memories with her grand children.

Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial to a favorite charity or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the I.O.O.F Riverview Cemetery or the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home.
Marriage Information: On March 1, 1945, in Saginaw, Michigan, she married Randolph Eugene "Bud" Smith. He died September 7, 2007.

Daughter, Nancy (husband Tom) Adair of Monticello, Indiana; Sons, Neil (wife Mary) Smith, andRandy (wife Louanne) Smith, both of Monticello, Indiana;Niece,Kay (husband Jim) Spencer of Kokomo, Indiana; Six (6) Grandchildren; Eight (8) Great Grandchildren.
