Biographical Information:
Elia was a 1959 graduate of the Fair Oaks High School of Fair Oaks, Indiana. She had worked recently at the Wal-mart for 9 1/2 years as a cashier, after 13 years of service at the old Hardee's both of Monticello, Indiana. Elia had worked as a Telephone Operator for 27 years. She loved watching the Game Show Network including Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy etc. She enjoyed working with the public and it showed she would have people wait in her checkout line at Wal-mart just to see and speak with her. Elia had a deep care and concern for helping all.

Marriage Information: On June 22, 1963 in the Monon United Methodist Church she married. John D. Bulington. He died July 26, 2001.
