Biographical Information:
Bob had lived in Monticello, Indiana, since 1981, coming from Hammond, Indiana, He was a paint supervisor at the Ford Assembly Plant in Hegewisch, Illinois, for over twenty-nine (29) years. Bob was a life member of the American Legion Post #81 of Monticello, Indiana, and had served as the post commander three (3) different terms. He was a working commander of the post, doing everything from cleaning to washing dishes etc. Bob was also a life member of the AmVets Post of Monticello, Indiana. He was a former member of the Honor Guard of the American Legion, VFW, and AmVets Post all of Monticello, Indiana, honoring numerous veterans with military rites at cemeteries for several years. Bob loved his family and spent as much time with them as he possibly could.

Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, Cancer Resource Centre or H.S.C.A, both of Munster, Indiana. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On January 13, 1979, during a big snow storm in Gary, Indiana, he married Kathleen L. "Kathy" Wheeler. She survives.
