4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2012 at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information:
Bruce passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack while on vacation in Oregon. He was a 1974 graduate of the Kokomo High School in Kokomo, Indiana. Bruce had lived in the Monticello area for the past 20 years coming from the Kokomo, Indiana area. He was a member of the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church of Monticello, Indiana. Bruce also was a member of the Knights of the Columbus of Monticello, Indiana. Bruce was the Owner / Operator of the Burns Freight Service for 15 years. He had started working in the trucking industry as a senior in high school. He was an avid I.U. sports fan, Indianapolis Colts fan, St. Louis Cardinals fan, and Golfer. Bruce also was on the Wednesday Night Bowling League at the Monticello Bowling Center of Monticello, Indiana for many years.
