Biographical Information:
Chad was a 1998 graduate of North White High School of Monon, Indiana. After graduating from high school, he continued his education, receiving his Surgical Technology degree from Ivy Tech Community College. While working full time as a Surgical Tech, Chad attended Nursing school and earned his RN. Chad had worked for Porter Regional Hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana for the last several years. He made numerous friends while working at Porter Regional Hospital. The Surgical department were just like family and Chad loved working with them. He was well known for his practical jokes. Chad also enjoyed playing Black Jack, watching his favorite shows, and traveling. His most memorable traveling experience was his trip to Germany in 2009 with his friend David Thompson.
