Ruby was baptized in the First Christian Church in Remington, Indiana on September 17, 1933. She was a member of the Monticello Christian Church of Monticello, Indiana. Ruby loved gardening, flowers, crocheting, and anything to do with the outdoors. She did enjoy cooking and was an amazing cook.
