Biographical Information:
George was a 1963 graduate of Chicago Vocational School in Chicago, Illinois. He had lived in the Monticello (Buffalo area), Indiana since 1988 coming from Chicago, Illinois. George had served in the US Navy, on the USS Taconic from 1963 to 1967. George enjoyed taking care of his cats and was an avid animal lover. He enjoyed fishing, helping others, having a beer, and spending time with family and friends.
Special Services: Full Military Rites will be conducted by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service, at the funeral home.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On January 22, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois he married Cheryl L. Jackson, she died August 18, 2003. He then married Christine M. Susek on February 27, 2005 in Buffalo, Indiana. She survives.
