Biographical Information:
Kathy was a 1966 graduate of Brookfield Central High School of Brookfield, Wisconsin. She went on to the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, Wisconsin for her bachelor of Science in Education, graduating in 1973, and later from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, for Community Health Adapted (Special) Physical Education, graduating with honors in 1992. Kathy had worked as an Occupational and Speech Therapy Aide for Healthcare Therapy Services in Indianapolis, substitute teacher for Twin Lakes, Frontier, North White, and Logansport Joint Special Services School Corporation, all of Indiana. She had also worked for fourteen (14) years at the Monticello Healthcare Center of Monticello, Indiana, as an aide for Occupational and Speech Therapy. Kathy loved hosting parties, and dancing when she was able. She was also an excellent cook.

Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available a the VFW Post #2231 of Monticello, Indiana.
Marriage Information: On June 27, 1993, on board the Madom Carroll on Lake Freeman in Monticello (Carroll County), Indiana, she married Thomas "Tom" Claypool. He survives.
