Biographical Information:
Marcia had been in failing health for the last several years. She had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, community most all her life. Marcia had worked at the Indiana University Health, White Memorial in Monticello, Indiana, for numerous years. She was a member of the Monticello Christian Church of Monticello, Indiana. Marcia was very active in the Special Olympics.
Special Services:
Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers, family request memorial donations be given to the Indiana Univeristy Health, White Memorial Hospital Med - Surg of Monticello, Indiana, or to the White Couty Special Olympics. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On September 27, 1958, at the old Monticello Christian Church on Bluff Street in Monticello, Indiana, she married Richard "Max" Read. He passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2005.

Daughters, Connie (husband Jeff) Jordan of Monticello, Indiana, and Tammie (Partner Lee Ann) Read of Indianapolis, Indiana; Son, Mike (wife Shelley) Read of Monticello, Indiana; Six (6) Grandchildren, Elaine (husband Ian) Davis of Anderson, Indiana, Anna (Fiancé Tyler Morrison) Read of Lafayette, Indiana, Kayla (companion Keenan Rogers) Jordan, and Travis Jordan, both of Monticello, Indiana,Eli Read, and Sam Read both of New Mexico;Brother,Rex (wife Jan) Wright of Wolcott, Indiana.
