Harry Leroy Bartlett, 85, of Hamilton, Michigan, formerly of Brookston, passed away on September 11, 2022 at his home. He was born May 3, 1937 in Florida to the late Kenneth and Vernabelle (Westfall) Bartlett.

His first marriage was to Judith A. Fuller on December 31, 1954, they would later divorce. Harry married Lila Utley on October 31, 1999; she survives.

Harry was a member of Eagles Aerie 347 Lafayette, Monticello American Legion, Brookston Volunteer Fire Department, and past president of Ocean Breeze Park Home Owners Association in Florida. He owned and operated Bartlett Ford of Brookston for several years.

In his spare time, Harry loved flying planes, fishing, snowmobiling, camping, and playing cards with friends.

Surviving along with his wife, are his children, Steve (Ranea) Bartlett of Amarillo, TX, Doug (Jan) Bartlett of Brookston, and Rob (Theresa) Bartlett of Crosby, TX. Step-children, David Michael (Amy) Fathman of Hamilton, MI and Carolyn Ann Cooper of Lafayette. Siblings, Dale (Judy) Bartlett of Brookston and Bev (Carroll) Henson of Goreville, IL. Harry is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, 8 step-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 grandson.

Friends may call from 1-3 PM (EDT) Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston. Private burial of ashes will be held at Brookston IOOF Cemetery.
