77 year old James A. "Jim" Sayler, of Idaville, Indiana, passed away at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at his home with his family by his side. 

Jim was born on Saturday, September 1, 1945, in Rensselaer, Indiana to the late Marjorie and Edward Sayler.  On August 7, 1987 in Monticello, Indiana, he married Annie Sturgill.

Jim had lived in the Idaville, Indiana, most all of his life. 

Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 12:00 (noon) until 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2022, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.

 

Celebration of Life Service with Full Military Rites conducted by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard will be here at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home at 5:30 p.m., on Friday, October 28, 2022, with Pastor Erick Riddle and Ron Simons officiating. 

 

Burial will be Private for the Family.

 

Memorials may be given to Family.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home, 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana, 47960.

 

Biographical Information:
   Jim had lived in the Idaville, Indiana, area most all of his life.  He was very well known for all of the contracting work Jim did around the area and did numerous new roofs for people.  He loved and enjoyed his cars, motorcycles, and working. Jim was known for his sense of humor and taking his love out dancing back in the day.  He loved all the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
