Chris Lee Davis, 63, of Fowler, passed away at 10:58 a.m. Monday, December 25, 2023 at his residence.  

Chris was born July 29, 1960 in Watseka, Illinois to the late John “Carson” and Babe (Hiestand) Davis.  He attended Sheldon High School in Sheldon, Illinois.

  Chris farmed throughout his working years.  

  Chris regularly attended the Fowler Christian Church.  He was a quiet man with a heart of gold, he was extremely kind to others.  A true “homebody”, Chris enjoyed being home with his Maltese dog Blue.  

  Surviving is his sister, Lynn Vanaman (husband: Roger) of Fowler; a niece, Katie Chavez; a great-nephew, Joshua Jessie (companion: Abby), a great-great nephew Karson and a great-great-niece, Kinsley.

  A celebration of his life is currently being planned for a later date.
