Jed L. Bailey, 80, of Buffalo, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.  He was born on November 2, 1943 to the late Bennie Bailey and Lora (Allen) Bailey in Kentucky.  

 

He was in the United States Army and served in the Korean War.  Jed married Norma J. Johnson on June 20, 1982.  He worked for Rose Acre Farms in maintenance.  Norma and Jed enjoyed garage sales, woodworking, and gardening.  He will be missed by many.  

 

Jed is survived by three grandsons:  Bryce Johnson, Benjamin Johnson, and Blake Johnson; One great granddaughter, Emersyn Johnson; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephew, and friends.

 

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Norma J. Bailey; parents Bennie Bailey and Lora (Allen) Bailey; and one son, Danny Johnson.  

 

Friends may call on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4:00 p.m. at Miller Roscka Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hooten officiating.  Burial will be Private for the Family at Bedford Cemetery of rural Monon, Indiana.
