Donna Kaye Carter, 66, of rural Monticello passed away at 12:53 pm on Friday June 14,2024 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center in Frankfort, IN.  She was born  May 21,1958, in Logansport to the late Ronald H. and Anne L. Wilson Jenkins.  Donna was a carpenter with the carpenter’s union and later a driver for White County  Council on Aging.  On February 11,1995, in Delphi, she married Kenneth A. Carter, and he survives.

Donna enjoyed gardening and building things even when she was at home.

Donna is survived by her husband Kenneth of rural Monticello,  daughter Adah (Jonathan) Miller of Lafayette, 3 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 4 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded death by a brother, Mark Jenkins, and  sons Joshua James Treichler and Winston Carter.

Graveside services will be held at 1pm  on  Sunday  June  30, 2024 at the Brookston Cemetery
