Frank Keller Funkhouser, 81, of Brookston, formerly of Terre Haute, passed away surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at his home.

He was born November 27, 1943 in Terre Haute to the late Milton and Alma (Brown) Funkhouser. Frank was a 1961 graduate of West Vigo High School and attended Ivy Tech.

His marriage was to Perpetua Miano on February 22, 2008 in the Philippines and she survives.

Frank was a long time member of the NRA and enjoyed archery, competitive gun shooting, and playing chess. He worked for Terrecorp of Clinton and later Subaru of Lafayette where he would eventually retire.

Surviving along with his wife is a daughter, Pamela Terstegge; brothers, Milton and Raymond Funkhouser; sister, Peggy Treisback. Frank is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death along with his parents is a daughter, Amy Lynn Davis; siblings, Delbert Funkhouser, Phyllis Norton, and Bonnie Curtis.

Friends may call from 10:30 AM (EST) until the time of Funeral Mass 11:30 AM (EST) Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Delphi (207 N. Washington St. Delphi, IN 46923). Fr. Chris Miller to officiate. Private burial will be held at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery of Reynolds.
