Pamela “Pam” Martindale, 75, of Monticello, passed away peacefully at 6:45 a.m. on February 26, 2026, at Monticello Healthcare.

Pam was born on October 16, 1950, in Lafayette, Indiana, to the late Edward and Maxine (Harris) Aubrey. She grew up in Monticello area and attended Twin Lakes High School, carrying with her throughout life the steady, small-town warmth that made her easy to talk to and easy to love.

On May 20, 2019, she married Phillip “Phil” Martindale in Monticello. Phil survives and will deeply miss her presence by his side.

Pam worked for several years in housekeeping at White County Memorial Hospital, where her quiet dedication and strong work ethic were appreciated by coworkers and patients alike. Above all she was a homemaker-creating a space that felt welcoming, familiar, and safe for those she loved.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Pam loved settling in with a good crossword puzzle, stitching together cozy blankets, and keeping up with her favorite television shows, especially Days of Our Lives and Dancing with the Stars.

Pam will be remembered for her gentle nature, her steady presence, and the warmth she brought to the lives around her.

She is survived by her loving children, Timothy Jarvis ( wife, Mary) of Monticello, Michelle Jarvis of Jacksonsville, Florida and Mike Mallonee of Haverhill, Florida; three siblings, Linda Leslie (husband, Chuck) of Logansport, Judy Million of Logansport and Jim Aubrey (wife, Cheryl) of Kokomo; ten grandchildren, Kane Jarvis, Isabella Jarvis, Cheyenne Jokoty, Justin Jokoty, Samantha Jokoty, Madison Jarvis, Ayden Jarvis, Jordyn Jarvis, Jordan Mallonee and Mason Mallonee and three great grandchildren, Tanner, Olivia and Acelyn.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Norman Jarvis and a brother-in-law, John Million.

In keeping with Pam’s quiet nature, no public services will be held. Her family will honor her life in their own personal way, holding close memories, laughter, and everyday moments that meant the most.
