Denise Kay Bledsoe

Denise Kay Bledsoe, 66, of Lafayette, passed away at 3:53pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Franciscan Health in Lafayette, Indiana. She was born on December 5, 1958, in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, to the late Tex and Wanda (Pierce) White.

Denise was a 1977 graduate of Jeff High School. Her marriage was to Lonnie Bledsoe on October 27, 1978, in Lafayette, Indiana. He survives in Lafayette.

Denise had worked for the BMV for 14 years, and after retiring, she became the world's best Nana! She loved Bruce Springsteen, the CUBS, IU basketball, and her grandchildren were her entire world.

Along with her husband Lonnie, she is survived by a daughter, Alicia McGuire, a son, Kyle Bledsoe (wife, Kali), and grandchildren, Tyler McGuire, Lexi McGuire, and Leo Bledsoe.

Per Denise's wishes, funeral services will be held privately for the family.
