Braden M.J. Fesler
Braden M.J. Fesler, 22, of Colfax, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born December 15, 1999 to Ben Brooks and Ashaley (Fesler) Smith. Braden was engaged to Mackenzie Donahue and planned to be married in the fall of 2023.
Braden enjoyed mechanic work and was a car and motorcycle enthusiast. He loved building and modifying cars with his buddies.
Braden is survived by his parents, Ashaley (Jason) Smith and Ben (Mary) Brooks; two sons, Kallen Fesler (2 years) and Dawson Fesler (5 Months); siblings, Brennan Fesler, Veda Mellady, and Brett Brooks; step-siblings, Mariah Mellady, Courtney Longerbone, Evan Mikels, Amanda Martincich, and 7 other step-siblings. Step-daughter, Aspyn Garrett (2 years); maternal grandfather, John K. Fesler. He is also survived by uncle and aunt, John (Tammy) Fesler, Kim Fesler, and several cousins.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Sue Fesler.
A visitation will be held from 1-3 PM (EDT) Friday, July 8, 2022 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home (101 W. 4th Street Brookston, IN 47923).
In lieu of floral arrangements, memorial donations may be made to the Braden M.J. Fesler Memorial Fund benefiting his children, Kallen and Dawson.
