Christy L High

      Christy L. High, 53, of Reynolds, Indiana, died on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, she left behind a loving family and many friends.

      Christy was born on Tuesday, September 2, 1969, in Lafayette, Indiana to Kenneth and Elizabeth (Hines) High. They both preceded her in death.

      Christy was a 1987 graduate of the North White High School of Monon, Indiana. She had worked several years for the former Monon Trailer of Monon and for over 20 years she had been at Macy's, formerly L.S. Ayres of Lafayette, Indiana.  Christy loved her big circle of friends and going racing with the Owens' family.  She also loved to be special aunt to Jaxson Owens.  Christy, (Aunt KiKi), also adored and often did many things with her nephew Tyler.

      Christy is survived by her sister, Kandy (husband Lynn) Teel of Chalmers, Indiana, brother, Douglas "Doug" Hines of Reynolds, Indiana, nephew, Tyler Teel of Chalmers, Indiana, cousins, and friends.

     Christy was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Elizabeth (Hines) High.

      A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.

     A Celebration of life service will follow on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 12:00 (noon) at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana with Officiant Shawn Cain officiating.

     Burial will follow on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the Chalmers Cemetery of rural Chalmers, Indiana.

     Memorial donations may be given to American Heart Association in Christy's Memory, memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana 47960 C/O High Family.
