Donnabelle J. Brown

Donnabelle J. Brown, 91, of Delphi, Indiana, passed away at 7:42 p.m., Friday, March 17, 2023, at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center of Delphi, Indiana.   

She was born on Monday, November 16, 1931, in Carroll County, Indiana, to the late Arthur Freemont and Mae (Monnett) Brown. 

On June 27, 1953, in Camden, Indiana, she married Melvin "Mel" Brown; he passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2012.  

 

Donnabelle had lived in the Delphi, Indiana, area all her life. 

 

No Visitation or Services are Scheduled for the Public.  Everything is Private for the Family.   

 

Burial will be Private for the Family in the Morning Heights Cemetery in rural Delphi, Indiana.  

 

Memorials may be given to the wishes of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Breast Cancer Foundation. Envelopes can be mailed to the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home (c/o Brown Family), 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana, 47960. 

Biographical Information:
   Donnabelle had lived in the Delphi, Indiana, area all her life.  She was as 4-H leader for Adams Townhip, Carroll County, Indiana, for over twenty- five years.  Donnabelle had worked at the Yeoman telephone Company of Yeoman, Indiana, for over twenty - three years and retired working from there.  She loved and enjoyed sewing and playing Bingo.  Donnabelle and her late husband, Mel, raised their three nieces after the passing of their mother, Velma, and made a happy and pleasant home for everyone!!!!

Dana (wife Carolyn) Miller of Monticello, Indiana,

Adam Miller of Indianapolis, Indiana, and

Chantz (wife Cassi) Miller of Carmel, Indiana;
