Holly Marie Dixon

Holly Marie Dixon, 38, of Monticello, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025, at IU White Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Indiana. She was born December 18, 1986, to Debbie (Whited) Flack and the late Daniel Dixon.

Holly attended Twin Lakes School Corporation and was actively involved in the day program at CDC in Monticello for several years. For the past 18 months, she resided at Monticello Healthcare, where she enjoyed the companionship and care of the dedicated staff. She especially loved Scooby-Doo, Purdue Pete, spending time on her iPad, and watching the Hallmark Channel with her mom.

She is survived by her loving mother, Debbie Flack; grandparents, Richard and Edna Whited of Monticello, Don (Judy) Dixon of Ocala, Florida, and Audrey (Joe) Neskov of Lafayette; siblings, Chris Pherson (Kandace) of Delphi, Duane Flack and Jessica Dixon, both of Lafayette, and Kerri (Flack) Dodd (Bert) of Vincennes; and special nieces and nephews, Carly and Kohen Pherson, and Amethyst Flack.

Also surviving are special aunts and uncles: Tammy (Dave) Mclochlin, Cindy Whited, Deb (Pat) Patterson, and Dale (Kathy) Dixon, and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel L. Dixon; stepfather, John Flack; grandmother, Ruth Flack; and uncle, Rich Whited.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the nurses and caregivers at Monticello Healthcare for the compassion and kindness shown to Holly.

No services will be held at this time. A private celebration of life will be planned by the family at a later date.
