Jeremy Fultz, 44, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Brookston, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. He was born January 26, 1977 in Lafayette to Larry and Brenda (Rice) Fultz.
Surviving along with his parents is a brother, Randy (Tisa) Fultz of Buck Creek; niece, Seaira and nephew Dakota (Jessica) Fultz.
Calling for friends and family will be held from 10 AM – 12 PM (EST) Friday, May 21, 2021 at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston. Following calling hours, a graveside service will be held in Brookston IOOF Cemetery.
