Jerry Gene Mattos

Jerry Gene Mattos, 82yrs of age, passed away at IU Health White Memorial Hospital on the 17th of March 2026 at 5:20 p.m. with his wife and family by his side.

He was married to Anita Mattos for 65 years. He had 4 children, Tina married to Jim, Troy married to Lori, Terry married to Roseanne, and Tiffany married to Matt. Jerry is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

He loved being with his wife and his family. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman his whole life. In his spare time, he loved woodworking. He fought a long hard battle with a serious illness; he will truly be missed by family.
