Kelly Lynn (Ryan) Hudelson

Kelly Lynn (Ryan) Hudelson, 54, of Lafayette, formerly of Goodland, passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2021 at her home. She was born October 22, 1966 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Richard Steven Ryan and Paula (Kline) Ryan, who survives.

 She was a 1984 graduate of South Newton High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana State University. Her marriage was to John Hudelson on September 10, 2015; he survives.

 Kelly worked for many years at the Frito-Lay Frankfort Plant. She was always smiling and loved to be silly. She loved animals, especially her dogs and cats. Kelly was very creative and was skilled in painting and crafts. She enjoyed the ocean, riding motorcycles, writing in her journal.

 Above all, the love of Kelly’s life was her son, Jordan.

Surviving along with her mother and husband are her son, Jordan Dixon of North Carolina; siblings, Patrick Ryan of Kentland, Heather Ryan of Durham, NC, Dan (Erin) Ryan of Charlotte, NC, and Megan (Scott) Eells of Bloomington, IN.

Kelly is preceded in death by her father, Richard Steven Ryan.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery of Kentland on Thursday, July 29, 2021.
