Kenneth Harold Justice

Kenneth Harold Justice, 78, of Remington, passed away at 8:20 AM Saturday June 8, 2019 at IU Health Hospital of Lafayette.

He was born April 4, 1941 in Tennessee to the late Harvey and Elsie (Brummett) Justice. He was a 1959 graduate of Gilboa High School.

Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Air Force for 4 years, stationed in Vietnam and Tokyo, Japan. He was a member of the Remington American Legion Post 280. His marriage was to Patricia Ann Bell on October 7, 1967 in Remington. She preceded him in death on May 23, 2013.

Kenneth worked for Farmers Elevator of Goodland and Remington for several years. Prior to retiring, he drove for Luck Express for 25 years.

He enjoyed watching his grandsons play sports, and watching NASCAR.

Kenneth is survived by his children, Todd (Annisa) Justice of Smithville, MO, Sean (Tammy) Justice of Remington, and Ryan Justice of Remington. 6 brothers, Leonard (Sandy) Justice of Florida, Jimmy (Sharon) Justice of West Lafayette, John (Dorothy) Justice of Remington, Chuck (Gene) Justice of Remington, Ralph (Linda) Justice of San Pierre, IN, and Bobby (Betty Ann) Justice of Crestview, FL; sister, Loretta Altman of Wolcott. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Dane, Cole, Caroline, Blake, Dalton, and Ayden.

Preceding him in death along with his parents and wife is a brother, Donald Justice.

No public services will be held for Kenneth at this time.
