Kenneth Alan (Kenny) Sigo, 63, of Goodland, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Franciscan Health Hospital of Lafayette.
He was born February 26, 1957 in Lafayette to Ralph (Mose) and Doris (Stortz) Sigo. Kenny was a 1975 graduate of Tri-County High School.
He worked at Smart Implement of Wolcott for several years following high school. Kenny drove a semi for 30 years, most recently for Ulyat Trucking in Remington.
He is survived by his mother, Doris Sigo of Brookston; son, Zach Sigo of Texas. 7 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Also surviving are siblings, Deb (Ron) Anker of West Lafayette, Rex (Yumi) Sigo of Williamsburg, VA, and Ned (Brenda) Sigo of Chalmers. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews also survive.
Kenny is preceded in death by his father, Mose Sigo.
Kenny didn’t know a stranger. He was well known and lovingly referred to as “a big teddy bear”. Kenny will be deeply missed by many.
A private graveside service will be held in Wolcott Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Kenny’s name to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
