Kevin Lee Anderson

Kevin Lee Anderson, 49, of Monticello passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at his residence.
He was born July 2, 1975, to Linda (Anderson) Varner and welcomed by his step-father Michael at the age of 2.

Kevin graduated from Thornton Township High School and later attended ETI Trade School.

Kevin was an avid gamer and comic book enthusiast. He enjoyed cheering on his favorite football team,University of Michigan, and was a huge Batman fan.

He is survived by his two daughters, Lisa Anderson and Cassie Anderson along with their mother Melissa Sanchez of Chicago, Illinois. His siblings, Lou Varner (wife, Katie) of Valparaiso, Indiana, Carie Faricelli (husband, Ryan) of Cleveland, Tennessee and Shawn Anderson of Lafayette, Indiana; two nieces, Dakota and Ava and two nephews, Noah and Matthew.

Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Linda L. Varner and his son, Juan-Carlos “JC” Anderson.

Visitation will be held on October 5, 2024, from 1pm to 3pm at the Fred L. Miller Memorial Chapel of the Roscka Roth & Clapper Funeral Home in Monticello.
