Lee Ellen Senefelder

Lee Ellen (Timmerman) Senefelder, 64, of Kentland, previously of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her home.

She was born October 16, 1959 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Donald and Carolyn (Wyatt) Timmerman. Lee Ellen was a 1978 graduate of Northrup High School of Fort Wayne and would later receive her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.

Her marriage was to Henry Senefelder on August 18, 1984 in Fort Wayne and he survives.

Lee Ellen and Henry have been a part of the Kentland community for the past 11 years.

She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Kentland where she served as Lector during Mass. Prior to her retirement, Lee Ellen worked at Purdue and home health care. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading spiritual books.

Surviving along with her husband is one sister, Jane (Ralph) Clark of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from 4-7 PM (CDT) Friday, June 7, 2024 at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Kentland. Funeral Mass 11 AM (CDT) Saturday, June 8, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Kentland. Fr. Sean Aaron to officiate Mass. Interment to follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
