Linda Kay May

Linda Kay May, 66, of Remington, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at her home.

She was born January 26, 1956 in Griffith, IN to the late William and Helen (Bozak) Swinford. Linda attended Lake Central High School.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Gregory J. May. Linda and Greg married in Remington on December 11, 2003 and he survives.

Linda was a former owner of Sports Bar in Remington and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers, primitive camping, and collecting angels.

Surviving along with her husband Greg is a sister, Carol (John) Lavelle of DeMotte; children, Rick (Stephanie) Wireman of Wheatfield, Michelle Wireman-Florence of Crown Point, Candy (Ron) Castongia of Brookston, Bradley (Kim) Wireman of Crawfordsville, Jason (Stacey) Hoover of Frankfort, John (Audra) May of Lafayette, Ashley May of Zionsville, and Chelsea (Alex) Overbeck of Zionsville. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.

Preceding her in death along with her parents are late husband, Doug Hoover and two brothers, Herman and Ernest.
