Mandy Elaine Blissitt

Mandy Elaine Blissitt, 49, of West Lafayette, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026. Born on February 27, 1977, in Lafayette, she was the cherished daughter of Danny and Lynnora (Underwood) Blissitt. Mandy was a graduate of Frontier High School, class of 1996, and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University.

She dedicated many years of her career to Subaru of Indiana Automotive, where she worked as an HR Analyst. Mandy was known for her love of sports in her younger years and remained a loyal supporter of Purdue athletics throughout her life. Her passion for travel took her on numerous adventures, and she cherished the memories made along the way.

Mandy is survived by her loving parents, Danny and Lynnora Blissitt, her siblings Matt (Kristine) Blissitt of Lafayette and Michelle (Kaleb) Pass of Monticello, and her adored nieces and nephews, Colton, Kora, Andrew, Meredith, and Kameron. She is also survived by her companion: Bill Godby, maternal grandparents, Richard and Benora Underwood of Lebanon, her two beloved cats, and several aunts and uncles. 

Mandy was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Randall and Jeanette Blissitt.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM (EST) until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM (EST) on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Hartzler-Clapper Funeral Home of Brookston, with Pastor David Doles officiating. Interment will follow in Brookston Cemetery.
