Marguerite E. Cahill-Mostofi

_{Marguerite E. Cahill - Mostofi, 72, of Fullerton, CA, formerly of Kentland, passed away unexpectedly August 26, 2018 at St. Jude Hospital.}

_{She was born January 21, 1946 to the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Harper) Cahill. Marguerite attended A.J. Kent High School of Kentland and later graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor in Elementary Education. Marguerite completed her Master’s Degree from Cal-State Fullerton, CA.}

_{Her marriage was to Hormoz Mostofi on June 10, 1974; he survives. Marguerite has resided in California since the early 1970’s.}

_{She was a member of the California Teachers Association and National Education Association. Marguerite taught at Goodland Elementary for one year before teaching in California for 35 years until her retirement.}

_{She loved returning to Kentland visiting with family and friends at least twice a year. Marguerite cherished time spent with her family and friends. She was an avid Rick Springfield fan.}

_{Surviving along with her husband are brothers, Ed (wife: Janet) Cahill of Tallahassee, FL and Mike (wife: Sandy) Cahill of Kentland. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.}

_{Friends may call from 10:00-11:45 AM (CST) Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Kentland. Rosary to start at 9:30 AM. Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 (Noon) with Fr. Paul Hudson to officiate. Inurnment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery of Kentland.}
