Mark A Neal

Mark Alan Neal, 59, of Lafayette, passed away unexpectedly at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at his home

  He was born April 11, 1961 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Campbell Neal and Anna Williams.

Mark served in the United States Army.

  Mr. Neal worked as a forklift driver at Lafayette Venetian Blinds and as a welder at Canam Steel in Lafayette. 

  Mark was an amazing dad and more than anything loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.  He enjoyed joking around and playing the “air guitar” while listening to classic rock.  Mark was an accomplished artist who was very good at drawings.  He will be greatly missed.

  Surviving are his children, Jennifer Neal, Mark Neal, Heather Neal, Samantha Haro and Becky Neal of Lafayette; a brother, David Neal and his 9 grandchildren, Arianna, Jaron, Emma, Kalos, Cason, Letty, Xander, Sawyer and Benjamin.

  A celebration of Mark’s life will be held from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, August 9, 2020 at American Legion Post #492 of West Lafayette.  Mr. Neal will be Entombed at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Cemetery, West Lafayette.
