Norma Norris

Norma Norris, 88, of Monticello, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus of West Lafayette. Born on June 14, 1937, in Rensselaer to the late John and Lillian (Byrne) Murray, Norma was a 1955 graduate of Rensselaer Central High School. She was married to Kenneth Norris, who preceded her in death on November 3, 1980.

Norma dedicated 17 years of her career to RCA in Monticello. She found joy in crossword puzzles, reading, gardening, and tending to her rose bushes. Norma was a passionate follower of Purdue sports and the Chicago Cubs.

She is survived by her four children, Michael (Barb) Norris, Kenneth (Lori) Norris, Dennis (Jennifer) Norris, and Craig (Allie) Norris, along with 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Her brother, Kenneth (Susan) Murray, also survives her.

Preceding her in death, along with her husband and parents, are four brothers and two sisters.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Roscka Roth & Clapper Funeral Home of Monticello. Interment will follow in Riverview IOOF Cemetery, Monticello.
