Robert A. Jones

Robert A. Jones, 76, of Kentland, passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 9, 2025. 

Born on January 24, 1949, to the late Russell and Charlotte (Carter) Jones.

He was married to Lisa A. Hoppe in 2001, who preceded him in death in 2020. Robert was a skilled machinist, having worked with Capital products of Kentland for several years and Voestalpine Manufacturing of Lafayette for 10 plus years as well.

Robert had a love for building models of ships, playing guitar, painting oil pictures, and watching sports on TV.

He is survived by his child, Cristian Jones (Rebekah) of Jasonville, IN; and his brother, Tom Jones of Kentland.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lisa, and his parents, Russell and Charlotte.
