Robert Bruce Woodcock, 87, of Monon, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at George Ade Memorial Care Center of Brook.

He was born May 1, 1935 in Wolcott to the late Walter C. and Iris I. (Piatt) Woodcock. Robert proudly served in the United States Army until his honorable discharge in 1964.

Robert drove trucks for Monon Trailer as one of their first drivers. Trucking took him all over the United States and parts of Canada. He was also a self-employed heavy equipment operator.

He loved woodworking, hunting, fishing, and visiting with family and friends. Robert had a big heart and will be greatly missed.

Robert is survived by his companion of several years, Karol Kibler and her children. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death along with his parents are 4 brothers and 1 sister.

Per Robert’s wishes, no public services will be held.
