Ronald Rochat Schnepp

    Ronald R. "Ron" Schnepp, 79, of Monticello, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the IU Health Arnett Hospital of Lafayette, Indiana with family by his side.

    Ron was born in Beech Grove, Indiana on Wednesday, October 13, 1943, to Wallace Schnepp and Esther (Bailey) Schnepp. 

    Ron was married to Betty Jane (Steill) Bolyard; she survives.

    Ron had lived in the Monticello area for the past several years, enjoying his Lake Freeman life.  He was an active member of the Monticello AMVETS, and the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard.  Ron never knew a stranger and never will, he will be missed by many.

   Private Family Services will be held at a later date, no public visitation or services will be held at this time.

   Ron is survived by his wife, Betty J. Bolyard-Schnepp of Monticello, Indiana; Children, Stepchildren, Grandchildren, and Siblings.

   Ron is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Esther (Bailey) Schnepp.

   Memorials may be given to the Veterans Program of the Donor's choice, envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to Miller- Roscka Funeral Home, 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana 47960 C/O Schnepp Family.
