Ryanne E. Flinn

Ryanne E. Flinn, 45, of Remington, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Born on March 18, 1981, in Paxton, IL, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Massey and Michelle (Vest) Reed. Ryanne was a proud 1999 graduate of Tri-County High School, where she was an active member of the Yearbook Club, nurturing her passion for photography.

On July 30, 2010, she married Brad Flinn, who survives her. Ryanne was a dedicated worker, known for her compassionate service to CDC residents in Monticello. Her love for photography was evident as she never missed an opportunity to capture life's precious moments. Ryanne will be remembered for her kindness, her artistic eye, and her unwavering dedication to her family.

Ryanne is survived by her loving husband, Brad Flinn; her son, Kobie Whitaker, and his fiancé, Danielle Brinson, of Monticello; and her cherished granddaughter, Kaia Whitaker. She is also survived by her father, Scott Reed, and her siblings, Stephanie Reed, Andy Reed, Steve Massey, Craig Massey, Carly Massey, and Josh Massey.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle Reed; her father, Stephen Massey; her grandmother, Nancy Augspurger; and her aunt, Staci Vest.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Foster-Clapper Funeral Home of Wolcott. Funeral service to follow.
